- Contact the registered clients to provide support, clarify doubts and collect necessary documentation for the program. Handle the precise information about the new plan or service.
- A great attitude !
- English Fluency: 85% or above
- Full time availability (45 hours a week)
- High school graduation diploma (Must have it physically or a certificate of High School achievement)
- Sales or Retention experience is a plus
- Availability to work from our site in Cali – Colombia
- Monday to Friday 45 Hours Week
