Overview

Customer service agent with a lot of empathy, fluency, communication and negotiation skills to guide our registered customers in the after-sales process, providing excellent service and reliability.

Salary Range: $2.000.000 COP
Work: Office.
Contract: Direct Company.
Fixed Term Contract.
City: Cali – Colombia

Responsibility

    • Contact the registered clients to provide support, clarify doubts and collect necessary documentation for the program. Handle the precise information about the new plan or service.

Qualifications

Requirements:

    • A great attitude !
    • English Fluency: 85% or above
    • Full time availability (45 hours a week)
    • High school graduation diploma (Must have it physically or a certificate of High School achievement)
    • Sales or Retention experience is a plus
    • Availability to work from our site in Cali – Colombia
